Rice with banana and tomato sauce


Ingredients:
(for 2 servants)
- rice (100-150 g per person)
- 1 onion
- 3-4 tomatoes
- 1 banana
Preparation time:
- 20 min
Directions:
- Boil the rice 18-20 min.
- Grate the tomatoes. Set aside in a bowl.
- Peel and chop the onion in small cubes (or even grate).
- Fry the onion slowly in pan with oil until light brown. Add the tomato, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10-15 min.
- Cut the banana in half and cut 3 cross sections. Stir fry for 1-2 min without oil.
