Stuffed oranges

Taronges farcides

This dessert is really easy to prepare and very eye-catching.


(for 3-4 servants)

  • 3-4 oranges
  • 1 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • cinnamon (optional)
  • fresh mint (optional)

Preparation time:

  • 15 min (+ 1h)


  1. Squeeze the oranges. Set aside the juice of one orange in a glass and stir in the corn flour. Set aside the orange peels as well.
  2. In a saucepan, heat up the remaining juice. Add the sugar and blend.
  3. When it starts to boil, pour the mixture of juice and corn flour and stir until it boils again.
  4. Remove the pot and wait until it’s a bit cold.
  5. Pour the juice into the orange peels (You can also add a bit of cinnamon and/or fresh minton top) .
  6. Chill in the fridge at least for 1h.
